Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TrueScale ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you obtained the App through Apple's App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's App Store terms.

2. License Grant

The developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

You may not:

• copy or modify the App
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• use the App for unlawful purposes

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App, including software, design, features, and branding, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
This license does not transfer ownership.

4. Third-Party Content

Photography and video content available in the App may be provided by third parties, including content distributed under the Pexels License.
Use of such content is subject to applicable third-party license terms. The developer does not own third-party content and makes no warranties regarding it.

5. Maintenance and Support

The developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance or support for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION

Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• loss of data
• loss of profits
• device malfunction
• business interruption

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App (if any).

8. Product Claims

The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from claims arising from:

• your use of the App
• violation of these Terms
• misuse of third-party content
• violation of applicable law

10. Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or designated as a prohibited party under U.S. law.

11. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Termination

The license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict of law rules.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
